In this role, you'll lead a vibrant community and guide a talented team, drawing on your expertise in plumbing and building systems, hands-on problem-solving, general carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting. ImpactWhat You Will Do Master the Plumbing & Systems: Inspect, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, leaks, and blockages to keep every building system running flawlessly. Lead and Support Your Team: Supervise and partner with your staff to turn vacant units and prepare them for smooth, on-time move-ins. Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Troubleshoot service requests and perform expert repairs across HVAC, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general carpentry. Maintain the Amenities: Keep the community pool and hot tub sparkling, safe, and fully operational. Inspect & Protect: Conduct daily checks of buildings, common areas, and grounds to uphold top-tier safety and cleanliness standards. Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to supervise staff and manage multiple projects simultaneously. People Skills: Strong oral and written communication with a customer-first attitude. Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) and eligibility to work in the U.S.
