What You’ll Do
- Â Clear and clean drain lines using professional drain cleaning equipmentÂ
- Â Perform sewer camera inspections and properly diagnose sewer line conditionsÂ
- Â Identify issues such as roots, offsets, breaks, bellies, and blockagesÂ
- Â Document findings with clear notes, photos, and videos using ServiceTitanÂ
- Â Recommend the appropriate next step based on accurate diagnosisÂ
- Â Educate customers on sewer and drain conditions while explaining repair or maintenance options professionallyÂ
- Â Maintain clean and safe work areas while protecting customer propertyÂ
- Â Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding schedules, equipment, and follow-up needsÂ
Schedule
- Â Monday through FridayÂ
- Â Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, early mornings, and weekendsÂ
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Â 3+ years of drain and/or sewer experience or equivalent field experienceÂ
-  Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordÂ
- Â Experience operating drain cleaning equipment safely and effectivelyÂ
- Â Strong understanding of drain systems, pipe materials, and sewer line conditionsÂ
- Â Strong customer communication and professionalismÂ
- Â Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar field service softwareÂ
- Â Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environmentsÂ
Preferred
- Â Sewer camera inspection experienceÂ
- Â Hydro-jetting experienceÂ
- Â Locator experienceÂ
- Â Plumbing service experience beyond drain cleaningÂ
- Â Ability to present repair options ethically and professionallyÂ
