Join our family and shape unforgettable experiences for our guests.   HOUSEKEEPER (HOTEL) As a Housekeeper for Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms. Replace linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and presentable. Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner. Restock guest room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance issues and report any findings to the appropriate department. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning standards and guest privacy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment. Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and overall cleanliness of the property. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable). Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Presentable appearance and willingness to wear a uniform. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Lift and carry heavy objects, such as linens and cleaning supplies. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and odors.
