This position will offer a competitive salary reflective of experience along with achievable monthly bonuses and benefits listed below. Hourly: $28 - $32 per hour with $1000 sign on bonus after 3 months continued employment

Maryland Sunrooms is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. We are the area’s #1 sunroom builder, we are looking for a Carpenter with good framing and trim carpentry skills who loves thinking outside the box and wowing clients.
Lead Carpenters fabricate and install, wooden, aluminum and glass structures and also coordinate less experienced workers. Their job responsibilities include reading blueprints, understanding client requirements, and training helper carpenters.

The ideal Candidate

Must have his or her own truck and tools VEHICLE ALLOWANCE PROVIDED
Be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius
Good framing and trim carpentry skills
Leadership Skills

Requirements:

3 years minimum experience in residential remodeling construction
Self starter / problem solver eager to wow our customers / detail oriented
Smartphone Savvy
40 hours a week – Monday – Friday
