$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

️ Complete work orders and repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the building
Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors as needed
Support overall facility upkeep to ensure a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications & Skills

Carpentry experience (preferred)
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment
❄️ Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
Experience with plumbing, painting, and electrical work
Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
