Job Description:
As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shift. You will lead a team, maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive working environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and train team members on Burger King policies and procedures, including food preparation, safety, and customer service.
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
* Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
* Manage customer interactions, resolving issues and ensuring a positive dining experience.
* Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
* Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks to team members to maintain operational efficiency.
* Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
* Communicate effectively with management regarding operational updates and team performance.
* Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
