Primary Purpose of this position:

Assemble, install and repair duct, equipment, and accessories in order to construct HVAC systems.

Your main Tasks:

To work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority.
Learn to lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings.
Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale duct work.
Properly finish and seal duct work.
Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof.
Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment.
Learn to use a variety of power & hand tools.

You need to be able to;

Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
Be punctual and reliable.
Work as a team.
Do Basic “Tape measure math”
Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
Work efficiently in confined spaces.
Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
