Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Mount Gilead, OH 43338Job Category: ManufacturingPURPOSE   This position is responsible for the production and packaging of products.     RESPONSIBILITIES   Operate production equipment to package Hot Shot's Secret products Ensure product packaging is clean, straight and filled to the correct amount Work in a variety of areas from operating equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, filling large containers of product to labeling bottles Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, and Electrical Pallet Jacks) Reports any mechanical problems Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area Other duties as assigned     DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES   Good verbal communication skills Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction Ability to be flexible based on production levels Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks and lift for long periods of time throughout the day Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality products   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE   High school diploma or equivalent Experience operating a forklift is a plus OTHER INFORMATION   Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Overtime occasionally required
