Horeb location with a strong focus on energy operations, including propane and refined fuels. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting billing, scheduling, and administrative functions. . The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions, taking orders, and resolving concerns Provide accurate information on propane products, services, pricing, and programs Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, service work, and account updates Follow up on customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner Deliver a high level of service that strengthens customer relationships and supports business gro   Billing, Accounts & Recordkeeping Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner Assist with accounts receivable, including customer payments and account questions Support accounts payable functions as needed Maintain organized and accurate records for all transactions and customer accounts Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare deposit Administrative & Office Support Maintain office organization, supplies, and systems Support daily administrative functions for the energy division Ensure proper filing, documentation, and reporting practices Assist with general office duties and cross-division support    Qualifications a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience preferred Experience in energy/propane, agriculture, or logistics is a plus Strong communication and organization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
