Job Title: Breakers and Modules Executive Administrative Assistant

The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Mount Pleasant, PA location, to support the VP of Breakers & Modules, North America. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs, and manages complex priorities with confidence and independence. You will help drive operational excellence, support senior leaders, and shape exceptional experiences across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and creating structure in dynamic environments. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including international coordination.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.

  • Organize multi-day meetings, workshops, and on-site events.

  • Prepare correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Track, prioritize, and respond to executive emails as needed.

  • Support data organization, spreadsheet analysis, and expense reporting.

  • Maintain conference room scheduling processes.

  • Support onboarding, site activities, and cross-functional administrative needs.

Your Background

  • High school diploma and 10+ years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Proven ability to make independent decisions and take proactive action.

  • Experience coordinating complex meetings and executive-level events.

  • Strong skills in managing executive calendars and international travel.

  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Microsoft Office skills; Notary Public or willingness to obtain.
