As a Project Manager - Grid Components, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives within the Grid Components Business Unit, playing a central role in delivering projects that support reliable and efficient energy systems.

In this position, you will thrive at the intersection of technical delivery and collaboration, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from quote handoff through closeout—while acting as the primary connection between customers and project teams.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead multiple complex projects with defined goals, timelines, and outcomes

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage escalations

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external teams

  • Plan and manage scope, budgets, resources, and schedules

  • Oversee documentation related to scope, financials, and risk management

  • Manage project financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow

  • Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and share learnings

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience

  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and tools (e.g., MS Project)

  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and contracts

  • PMP certification preferred and willingness to travel up to 30%

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
