Candidates must be available to train on any shift, with 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am.
Responsibilities include assisting with machine setup, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing maintenance while adhering to safety procedures.
Physical requirements involve standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 lbs, and working in various temperatures and conditions typical of a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule
* 19.77/hr - 21.78/hr + applicable shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts
*1st shift: 7am - 3pm
* 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm
* 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am
* Availability to train on any shift
* Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do
* Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
* Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
* Monitor quality and machine performance
* Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures

What You Need
* 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
* Strong attention to detail and safety
* Basic math and computer skills
* Reliable and eager to learn

Physical Requirements
* Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
* Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
* Ability to work in various temperatures in a manufacturing environment
