About Sophie Society

Sophie Society is a fast-growing performance marketing company helping brands scale through Amazon PPC and paid advertising.

We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Strategist & Producer to turn our extensive library of raw footage into high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What You'll Do

• Turn raw footage and interviews into ~5 short-form videos per day.

• Develop content ideas, hooks, formats, and angles based on what’s currently performing across social.

• Edit and package content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

• Study successful creators and formats across different niches and apply what works.

• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and production.

• Track organic performance and identify winning concepts for our paid ads team to test.

• Manage your own content pipeline and delegate overflow editing when needed.

• Work directly with leadership and collaborate closely with our performance marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of creating short-form content that actually performed.

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Excellent instincts for hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention.

• Able to move quickly and produce high volume without sacrificing quality.

• Comfortable both coming up with concepts and editing the final content.

• Strong understanding of US audiences, culture, and internet trends.

• Independent, highly organized, and comfortable working from a large backlog of raw material.

Nice to Have

• Based in New York or New Jersey.

• Experience across multiple creator niches.

• Experience working with paid social or performance marketing teams.

• Experience managing or delegating work to other editors.

Compensation & Setup

• $6,000–$8,000/month

• Full-time

• Remote-friendly; NY/NJ preferred

• Direct collaboration with company leadership

• Large, ongoing library of raw footage
