Position Details

• Role: Licensed Veterinary Technician
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience 
• Schedule: 3-4 10 hours days, rotating Saturday

Bay View Veterinary Clinic is looking for a licensed veterinary technician to add to its dedicated team. Duties include:

• Assist veterinarians with advanced patient care, including exams, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring
• Perform skilled technical procedures such as IV catheter placement, blood draws, and nursing care for hospitalized patients
• Conduct diagnostic testing, including laboratory analysis, radiology, and sample collection
• Administer medications, vaccines, and therapeutic treatments in compliance with medical protocols
• Provide client education, maintain detailed medical records, and support high standards of patient care and safety
