Hours: 1st shift | 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $21.94 per hour
This Administrative Coordinator position is 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, M-F) and is eligible for benefits.
- Prepare documents necessary for manufacturing to fill bulk & bag orders for customers
- Work with transportation to ensure plant to plant deliveries are timely
- Process truck loading and unloading paperwork
- Tracks and investigates weekly shortages
- Answer phones and direct phone calls
- Assist in monthly inventory cycle counts (3rd Monday of each month and year end TBD in December)
- Oversee first aid cabinet, product expiration dates and restocking
- Communicate with a diverse group of people from a variety of departments
- Order warehouse, first aid & safety supplies
- Track trash and recycle compactor containers and arrange for being emptied
- Printing labels needed for production
- Covers responsibilities and office hours for other full time office administrative assistant when on PTO
- Responsible for ordering warehouse supplies.

Experience-Education (Required):
- High school diploma/GED

- Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs.

- Ability to work with teams cross-functionally.
- Detail oriented.
Experience-Education (Preferred):
- At least 2 year of experience in administrative or customer service
Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with accounts payables in a manufacturing /warehouse environment preferred Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle
- Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment
