HomeSmiles is looking for a hands-on General Manager who understands the home services industry and wants to help build and grow a local business. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, knows how to create sales opportunities, and is willing to get out into the community and build relationships. You will have a direct impact on the growth of the business. We need someone who can lead the day-to-day operation while also driving sales, taking care of customers, and making sure things get done.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and grow the local HomeSmiles business
- Create new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and local outreach
- Meet with customers, understand their needs, explain our services, provide estimates, and close business
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and local businesses
- Follow up with leads and opportunities consistently
- Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and customer communication
- Make sure jobs are completed correctly and customers have a great experience
- Solve problems and take ownership when something doesn't go as planned
- Help build a strong local reputation for HomeSmiles
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who has experience in home services and understands how this type of business works. You should be comfortable talking to people and selling. You need to be a self-starter, manage your time well, and be willing to take ownership of the business. We're big on honesty and doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
