The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour, based on experience, along with profit sharing that averages $6-$8 per hour.
Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
Mechanics will work on a rotating shift schedule with overtime opportunities and will be provided with a service truck and company tools.

MasterTech is on the search for Heavy-Duty Mobile Mechanics in Mullan, ID to join a team of underground mining mechanics. Relocation Assistance available.

The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment on-site underground. Any heavy equipment mechanic experience will be considered.

Compensation:

$30.00 - $60.00/hour based on experience, incentives, profit share.
Relocation assistance available on a case by case basis.

Safety & Environmental Incentive plan.
Profit Sharing averaging about $6-$8/hour.
Service Truck provided for On-Site work.
Company Tools provided.

Shift Schedule:

Rotating Days & Nights, Over time is available.
5on-4off, 4on-5off, 5on-5off schedule.

Key Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earth-moving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.)
Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software.
Experience with welding and fabrication.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
