MAJOR FUNCTION:Â
This position is responsible for the development and direction of all phases of the sterile technical and operational activities of Inspira Medical Center. Directs oversight of the workload by determining task priority and ensuring completion of assignments. Ensures the delivery of exceptional quality and service to all patients and operating room interpersonal staff. Â
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Education & Experience:   
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
- Three years of Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Technician, LPN, or RN experience required. Â
- Sterile Processing Supervisory experience preferred.Â
Certification/Licensure:
- National Certification as Central Supply Tech for SPD by state approved certification body (CBSPD or IAHCSMM) required.
- Certified Healthcare Leader CHL required.
- Certified Endoscopic Reprocessing CER preferred.
