Training Pay!  We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.  $15.63/hr for the Sales Department (Opportunities available to make more after 90 days!) $15.00/hr for the Service Department (Opportunities available to make more after 2 weeks!)   Work Schedule:  Flexible, with availability needed for some evenings and weekends as required by dealership departments   A Day in the Life of a Business Development Representative (but not limited to): Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries  Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goals  Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales or service information  Schedule sales or service appointments for the dealerships Collect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC database  Maintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertise  Qualifications HS Diploma or Equivalent Clean criminal background record  Upbeat, positive, “smile” while you dial  Ability to be self-motivated Ability to manage heavy phone contact    Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
