Job Overview 

Woodlawns Landscape is seeking a Business Developer to drive new commercial growth, with a primary focus on winning new annual maintenance agreements. This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-directed, highly collaborative growth leader who balances day-to-day prospecting with strategic account development and partnership building.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new annual maintenance revenue and new logo acquisition.

  • Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline.

  • Prospect and hunt while also developing strategic accounts and partnerships.

  • Partner closely with Account Managers and Operations on handoffs and execution readiness.

  • Support growth of new service lines and verticals.

  • Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting in Pipedrive.

  • Represent Woodlawns in the market and build strong industry relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of commercial business development or sales experience.

  • Proven success carrying and delivering new revenue targets.

  • Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly collaborative, team-first mindset.

  • Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in CRM.

  • Experience in commercial landscaping or similar service industry preferred.

Position Range:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00

In addition to base salary, this position is also eligible for commission
