We're looking for our new Porter at Waterfront Apartments!

Morgan Properties is hiring a Porter to join our team at Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community. As a Porter, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting the overall success of the community.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
• 20% Rent Discount

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain clean and attractive grounds, common areas, amenities, and community spaces
• Assist with apartment turnovers and prepare homes for new residents
• Remove trash and complete daily property upkeep
• Support landscaping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks
• Assist the Service Team with community needs and resident requests
• Help create an exceptional living experience for our residents

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and assist with weather-related needs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Previous experience in cleaning, groundskeeping, hospitality, or maintenance is a plus

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
