Arnie’s Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
The Arnie’s Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees’ performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The Arnie’s Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all employees by following applicable policies and procedures. The Arnie’s Shift Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager.

Arnie’s Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service
- Assess customer’s needs and provide information on product features
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and answer their questions
- Adhere to all recipe guidelines
- Always keep work area neat and clean, clean and maintain equipment used for food preparation
- Follow proper food storage, food handling, and food preparation standards
- Maintain in-stocks
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Help team with packaging, cooking, cleaning, and any other job functions
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Follow personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department and company policies and procedures
- Coach employees on suggestive selling techniquesÂ
- Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop team members

Experience/Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Customer service experience
- Supervisor experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, bend, stoop

Hours:
The Arnie’s Shift Supervisor is a full-time position, hours will vary

Salary/Income:
The Arnie’s Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt, hourly position
