Mortgage Loan Officer

We have exciting opportunities for a Mortgage Banker in Northwest Indiana. Candidates will originate high quality residential real estate loans, cross-sell Peoples' products and services to our customers and the community, build and maintain relationships with builders, realtors and consumers to enhance future business opportunities and to provide home ownership education to the prospective homeowners.

We offer competitive products including:

• Down payment assistance
• Debt service coverage ratio loans
• New construction loans
• Specialty products available for in-house servicing loans

As a mortgage loan originator at Peoples Bank, you will experience:

• In-house processing and underwriting
• Underwriting turn time in 48 hours or less
• Free marketing support with Surefire
• Daily online campaign lead
• Partnerships with multiple local agencies providing homebuyer assistance

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum three years mortgage lending experience
• Mortgage experience working in Northwest Indiana
