  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Current and valid Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an OTA, preferably in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
