Location: Port Charlotte

We are seeking full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for the Port Charlotte area. The primary role involves Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday. We are looking for dedicated providers enthusiastic about patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience (DOE)
  

• On-Call: One weekend every 6–8 weeks
  

• PTO: 10 days paid vacation
  

• CME: 3 days

Responsibilities

• Perform Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday.
  

• Be available for On-call one weekend every 6–8 weeks.
  

• Be responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, planning, and implementation.
  

• Perform responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
  

Requirements

• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience - Required
  

• Graduate from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) program - Required
  

• State Licensure for APRN or PA - Required
  

• Ability to work autonomously.
