Responsibilities include: Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer standards Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to identify vehicle issues Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs Communicate repair needs and recommendations with Service Advisors Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines Accurately document repair procedures and work performed Collaborate with the Parts Department to secure necessary components Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all dealership, OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations What We're Looking For Automotive technician experience required Hyundai or Kia experience preferred Strong diagnostic and repair skills Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening About Hudson Automotive Group Founded in 1948, Hudson Automotive Group has grown from a single dealership in Kentucky into a leading automotive retailer with 50+ dealerships, 4,500+ employees, and operations across eight Southeastern states.
