Kitchen Team Member – Path to Kitchen Leadership

We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Team Member ready to grow into a kitchen leadership role. This position offers a clear path for someone eager to learn every station and eventually take ownership of running the kitchen.

Responsibilities Work the line during service, prepping ingredients and executing dishes with consistency and care. Maintain cleanliness standards, including dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep. As you grow into the role, take on leadership responsibilities such as writing staff schedules and placing supply and ingredient orders.

Requirements Willingness to work across all kitchen functions, from prep to line cook to cleaning duties. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to take initiative and grow into a leadership position over time. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
