The Job You Will Perform: 

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations

  • Move or lift heavy objects. This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather conditions and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Maintain production or work records

  • Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications

  • Clean rooms or work areas

  • Adjust production equipment/machinery setup

  • Clean equipment or machinery

  • Monitor production machinery/equipment operation to detect problems

  • Sort manufacturing materials or products

  • Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products

  • Measure, weigh, or count products or materials

  • Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Signal directions or warnings to coworkers

  • Operate Power Industrial Trucks, if necessary

  • Read and perform tape measurements
  • Available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and perform tape measurements
  • Previous Industrial/ Manufacturing or other labor-intensive work experience is preferred
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department line of progression
  • Successfully complete pre-employment screenings including an Assessment test (if applicable), background investigation, drug screen, reference checks, employment and education verifications, and the requirements of the Immigration Reform Act.
