What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager:

• Lead & Support – Schedule and provide technical guidance to technicians, ensuring top-tier service.
• Team Coordination – Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on skill level.
• Operational Efficiency – Maintain proper stock levels and oversee the use of materials.
• Administrative Tasks – Assist clerical staff, complete invoices, reports, and daily route sheets.
• Uphold Standards – Ensure all team members follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of managerial experience
• Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Excellent time management & attention to detail
• Professional appearance & personality
• Experience in Residential HVAC
