What You’ll Do:
Maintain a clean and safe gym environment for members and staff
Clean and sanitize locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces
Re-rack weights and organize gym equipment to ensure proper placement
Take out the trash, vacuum, mop, and maintain facility cleanliness
Wipe down and sanitize machines to keep equipment in top condition
Provide friendly and professional interactions with members and teammates
Be flexible and willing to support other departments as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Preferred) – Spanish/English a plus!
Strong attention to detail – takes pride in keeping the gym spotless
Self-motivated & dependable – able to work independently and with a team
Physically able – can lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for 5-hour shifts
Positive attitude – keeps energy high and work environment fun
Growth mindset – interested in career progression
