Benchmark Companies is seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to support our regional landscape mulch installation operations. We are a dynamic, focused and driven team looking to welcome a new addition that has the following qualifications:

  • experience in logistics, landscaping, or other fast paced service-based setting

Applicants will perform a variety of office tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

  • support and work in conjunction with our Human Resources team
  • support leadership in all divisions with administrative tasks, inventory, procurement
  • resourceful, reliable, punctual, present, at work, during scheduled days unless planned time off has been approved
  • interest in growth, shared vision
  • field leadership's right hand
  • experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling fleet and crews
  • strong sense of accountability and project completion communication
  • fast paced operations focused role with frequent real time problem solving involving clients, project managers, employees, supervisors, administrators, and business development teams
  • ability to balance customer expectations with operational capabilities to maintain service quality
  • support cross-market operations by assisting with planning and coordination on a daily basis
  • provide timely updates to leadership on scheduling challenges, delays and capacity limitations not limited to constant change, weather affecting, weather permitting circumstances
  • respect all employees and customers, at all times
  • solutions-driven character trait, collaboration with teams out of the region via virtual meetings, phone calls and written communication combined
  • adaptability to growing company needs 


Position would be approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
