How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver Direct Patient Care: Perform fundamental clinical and non-clinical care tasks under the guidance of licensed nursing staff, ensuring patient safety and comfort at every step.

• Assist with Daily Living & Mobility: Help patients navigate daily personal care routines and safely assist with repositioning, transfers, and movement to support their healing and comfort.

• Serve as an Essential Clinical Observer: Monitor patient well-being, promptly report physical, mental, or emotional changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate chart documentation.

• Maintain a Safe, Healing Environment: Keep patient rooms organized and sanitized, while helping ensure essential medical equipment is clean, prepared, and ready for use.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
