What You'll Do
As a Remote Career Development Representative, you will:
Connect with individuals through scheduled virtual appointments
Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Educate clients on available benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules
Collaborate with team members while managing your responsibilities independently
