Job Summary:**

Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance and lubrication services efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform oil changes, filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), and fluid top-offs (windshield washer, power steering, brake fluid, coolant).
* Conduct basic vehicle inspections, checking tire pressure, belts, hoses, and lights.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle conditions.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and tools.
* Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
* Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and proficiently.
* Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies.
* Document services performed accurately and completely.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
