Champion Homes Center has an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing Salesperson in Murphy, NC. Champion Homes Center is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the country's largest publicly held manufactured home producer.

Role Description

Previous successful experience in the factory-built housing industry is a must to be considered for this position.

Must be able to provide a minimum of three-year successful track record of manufactured housing sales in a mountainous region and have the ability to perform site checks to determine home placement feasibility.

This position is within a private property 50-lot development with spec homes available for immediate occupancy as well as a small model home center for sales into Western NC, GA and TN.

A proven track record of strong closing abilities is a must.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work Saturdays, early evenings & some holidays (5 day work week)
• Proven closing/negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Great listening skills & creative problem-solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution.
• Proactive follow-up with prospective customers
• Follow through with commitments
• An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to the workplace
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the factory-built home industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
