Position: Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Murphy, NC.

The Restorative Nursing Aide provides restorative nursing services to residents in accordance with individualized Therapy and Nursing Plans of Care. This role focuses on helping residents maintain or improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life through consistent, supportive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver restorative nursing services as outlined in resident care plans
  • Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, and daily activities to support functional goals
  • Accurately document resident progress and report any changes in condition
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Director of the Restorative Nursing Program and works closely with the Area Director and the Director of Clinical Services to provide high-quality clinical restorative care.

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification required
  • Experience in skilled nursing or restorative nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
