Weekend Occupational Therapist-Full Time-Inpatient-3 (12hr shifts )

Position Summary
• Responsible for evaluating, establishing and implementing the plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Licenses and Certification
• Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or eligible
• BLS

Experience and Skills
• Technical Experience: N/A

Role Specific Responsibilities
• Performs thorough evaluation
• Develops appropriate Plan of Care
• Implements Plan of Care
• Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
• Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students
