Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and managing the pharmacy staff. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage the pharmacy's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid pharmacist license in the state of Utah.

  • Preferred experience as a PIC, compounding experience is a bonus!
