Qualifications

CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position.
CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
