Job Summary

The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of Primally Pure’s digital customer experience across website, mobile app, lifecycle marketing, and retention channels. This role is responsible for implementing site content updates, coordinating promotional launches, managing digital assets, supporting app and retention initiatives, and assisting with reporting and ecommerce operations across Shopify and related platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, enjoys both creative and technical work, and has a strong eye for detail and organization.

Key Responsibilities

DTC Site Management & Merchandising

  • Support day-to-day website content updates within Shopify, including homepage refreshes, landing pages, collection merchandising, and promotional campaigns.

  • Support seasonal launches, product drops, and promotional site updates across web experiences.

  • Assist with product page updates including imagery, copy, metafields, tutorials, ingredients, and supporting educational content.

  • Assist with minor Shopify theme edits and troubleshooting.

  • Support on-site customer experiences including quizzes and pop-ups.

Mobile App

  • Help execute mobile app content updates, homepage refreshes, merchandising, and promotional launches.

  • Build and schedule push notifications aligned with marketing campaigns and retention initiatives.

  • Support app creative production including banners, graphics, and promotional assets.

  • Coordinate app setup and testing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Digital Marketing & Creative Support

  • Support loyalty, subscription, and retention initiatives across app, email, SMS, and customer engagement channels.

  • Assist with paid media creative asset production across multiple formats and specifications.

  • Organize and maintain marketing assets from photoshoots, influencers, creators, and agency partners.

  • Support campaign QA, promotional testing, and asset implementation across digital touchpoints.

Analytics, Reporting & Technical Operations

  • Generate recurring exports, reports, and performance summaries across ecommerce, loyalty, subscription, and retention channels.

  • Support promotion reporting and campaign performance analysis.

  • Assist with ecommerce platform management across Shopify, Rebuy, Skio, Yotpo, Tapcart, and related tools.

  • Coordinate with agency and technology partners on integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation needs.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role.

  • Experience working within Shopify, including product pages, content uploads, merchandising updates, and basic theme customization.

  • Familiarity with ecommerce and retention platforms such as Klaviyo, Rebuy, Skio/Recharge, Yotpo, Tapcart, or similar tools.

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new platforms and tools.

  • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
