Your Mission
As an Assistant Manager, you'll set the tone for every shift by leading with energy, coaching your team, and ensuring every guest receives warm, genuine, and memorable hospitality.

You'll be responsible for creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return while supporting a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
•    Lead high-energy shifts with a hospitality-first mindset
•    Create memorable guest experiences by being visible, engaged, and present on the floor
•    Build relationships with guests and turn first-time visitors into regulars
•    Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
•    Coach team members on hospitality, service standards, and creating memorable moments
•    Hire, train, mentor, and develop future leaders
•    Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
•    Recognize great hospitality and celebrate team successes
•    Manage schedules, labor, and operational efficiency
•    Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
•    Communicate effectively with your management team to ensure consistency and execution
•    Jump in wherever needed to support your team and ensure an exceptional guest experience

You bring:
•    2+ years of restaurant management experience
•    Experience leading teams of 20+ employees
•    High-volume restaurant experience
•    Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
•    A passion for guest satisfaction and team development
•    The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
•    Knowledge of California labor laws is a plus
•    Must be at least 21 years old
•    Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
•    Open Monday - Sunday availability
