What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role where you keep the entire clinic moving.

You will:
  •  Support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenes 
  •  Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas 
  •  Manage sterilization flow (fast, accurate, consistent) 
  •  Keep the clinic stocked, organized, and running smoothly 
  •  Take patient photos/records with efficiency and consistency 
  •  Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient 
  •  Step in wherever needed—because that’s what great teams do

  •  Orthodontic systems and procedures 
  •  Sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards 
  •  Clinical workflows and efficiency
