AĀ Registered Nurse (RN)Ā who excels in this role:āÆĀ
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.Ā
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.Ā
- AssistsĀ patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.Ā
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.Ā
- Evaluates patient and family learning needs and providesĀ appropriate educationĀ based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.Ā
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Ā
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.Ā

WhatāÆweāreāÆlooking forāÆĀ
- Associateās degree in nursingĀ required;Ā bachelorās degree in nursingĀ preferredĀ
- BCLSĀ requiredāÆĀ
- ACLS, PALS, and Handle with CareĀ preferred;Ā must be obtained withinĀ 30 daysĀ of employment.Ā Two-three years of experience preferred, but newĀ gradsĀ welcomedĀ to apply.Ā
