What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
- Follow individualized care plans and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Keep resident living areas safe, clean, and comfortable
- Work closely with nursing staff and the broader care team
What You'll Need
Required:
- Active CNA certification (Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry, or an active out-of-state CNA certification you can transfer to Wisconsin)
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Available to work year-round (this role is not seasonal)
