Responsibilities:
路 Maintain quality control systems
路 Identify required specifications per customer print, determining an appropriate level of variation and monitoring quality assurance rates
路 Design automated testing systems and quality control workflows to improve the efficiency of the quality assurance process
路 Collect data about instances of product errors and investigation of possible solutions by troubleshooting the manufacturing or design process
路 Document initial quality standards and the actual quality of products during production
路 Find defects, help determine the causes of those defects, and assist to create resolutions
路 Teach production staff how to use effective quality controls and supervise outcomes
路 Work closely with design and production teams to solve problems.
路 Respond to questions about how to achieve quality goals and implement changes to reduce the instance of human or machine errors
Duties:
路 Determining quality improvement factors
路 Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of the manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment
路 Making sure processes adhere to quality standards
路 Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
路 Programming computerized measuring equipment, such as CMM, Keyence, and GMM

Skills and Qualifications:
路 Strong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, measuring tools, gages, and quality manufacturing processes (PPAPs, Control Plans, ISO...)
路 Excellent written and verbal communication
路 Strong Math Skills
路 Knowledge of metals machining
路 Attention to detail
路 Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
路 Strong interpersonal skills
路 Ability to handle stress
路 Capable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
路 Ability to switch between tasks easily
Educational Requirement:
路 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
路 Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) (Preferred, no required)
路 Four (4) or more years of quality engineering experience
