Caring & compassionate attitude for others Thorough understanding of sanitation and infection control practices Strong customer service focus; ability to multitask Ability to work collaboratively with others Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, cooking, plating, culinary arts, and/or hospitality is preferred   Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff Adhere to menus and recipes, special dietary needs, correct portioning of food, food presentation, and proper serving methods as instructed by the executive chef Attend to residents’ individual dietary needs when taking and delivering food orders from residents and their guests Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents Work under the supervision of and take instruction from the executive chef and sous chef   Requirements: Ability to speak, read and write English High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines   Essential Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
