• Produce and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipe specifications and standards.

• Operate registers and verify required identification for each guest to whom alcohol is being served per state law.
• Complete mandatory ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Training.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.
