Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
North Muskegon, MI

Looking for a flexible Physical Therapy opportunity that fits your schedule? We are seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in North Muskegon, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

What You'll Do

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans 
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence 
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation professionals 
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed 
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation 
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and safety strategies

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist license 
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 
  • Strong clinical and communication skills 
  • Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred
