Description:

Hours | Schedule:

  • Full Time, 40 hours per week
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Variable flexing 11am - 7:30 pm for surgical volume needs
  • Call, holidays and weekends to be scheduled in accordance with CBA

What the Radiologic Technologist will do:

  • Greet patients, explain procedures and answer questions and instruct patient during the procedures.
  • Prepare proper sterile tray and contrast media for procedures.
  • Perform radiologic examinations on patients with proper positioning and technique.
  • Assist physicians during specialized procedures.
  • Evaluate images within PACS and close study appropriately for prompt reading.
  • Print charts
  • Access and document patient information in the patient medical record.
  • Input entry and selection of charges.

What the Radiologic Technologist will need:

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
