Job DetailsJob Location: Muskogee, OK 74401Position Type: Full TimePosition Purpose: Provide efficient, professional, and friendly administrative services to the Lending Staff as well as to all customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide assistance to Lending staff including updating loan data for entry into electronic files and assembling documentation for loans. Order credit reports, appraisals and floods, initiate title work and conduct UCC searches. Ensure loan files contain accurate documents with proper signatures, dates, correct legal descriptions and other data. Perform transfers, advances, or other transactions for customers. Review loan exceptions with Loan Officer. Answer incoming phone calls quickly and efficiently and determine the caller needs. Prepare requisitions for approval and payment submission, as needed. Perform clerical duties copy, scanning, fax, and indexing. When necessary, control opening and closing hours of the bank as it relates to the front entrance doors. Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of current bank products and services in order to provide accurate guidance and cross sell to customers. Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Complete any required annual training and maintain knowledge relevant to the role. Participate in bank and community initiatives to strengthen visibility and reinforce Firstar’s commitment to the communities it serves. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the Bank’s priorities and objectives. QualificationsSkills and Abilities Required: Ability to respond in a fast paced, fluid environment and be held to minimum production standards while maintaining excellent organizational skills. Proactive; desire to identify opportunities rather than react to problems. Strong attention to detail while still successfully multitasking. Strong sense of initiative; self-motivated; work well without close supervision. Experience and Education Requirements: Minimum one (1) year experience working in an office and/or customer service environment. High School diploma, or equivalent. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional standing and walking throughout the office. Occasional bending, reaching or stooping as needed to retrieve files, office supplies, or materials. May occasionally lift and/or move items up to 45 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies, packages.) Requires the ability to communicate effectively, including the use of visual acuity for reviewing documents and screens and auditory ability for conversations in person and by phone.
